Cervo Kerchief – Knit Pattern

Hello Makers! It’s Elise again, the maker and designer behind Frosia Knits. Fall weather is starting to arrive and with it, all the fun fall knits! I feel so lucky to be back on the blog to bring you my latest pattern, the Cervo Kerchief.

The Cervo Kerchief is a beautifully simple design inspired by the small seaside town of Cervo, Italy. It uses the Estonian button stitch to create a lightly textured pattern that adds a little pop to this shawlette.

The ancient town of Cervo is perched on top of a hill along the Italian Riviera overlooking the Ligurian Sea. The town rises up from the sea with windows dotting the entire panorama. I tried to recreate that effect with the tiny button stitches across the kerchief. This versatile shawlette is perfect for the transition of seasons when you need a little extra warmth, be it on your head or around you neck. Hope you enjoy!
