Pen Style Needle Felting Tool:
My favorite part about this tool is its versatility of uses. It can be used for all your felting needs. You will see me use it throughout many of my felted creations in different ways. I prefer to use the 3 needle option for the beginning or end stages when creating my wool sculptures to help speed up the molding and felting process. Using 3 needles pulls the wool faster and covers a broader area. Another neat feature is that you can use it to create lines or outlines by using the 2 needle option. The 1 needle option allows for ease when working on delicate creations. A neat thing about this tool is that it also offers a needle length option. I personally tend to use it more with the needles short so I can be close to my work. Having them long is ideal for working on larger projects and allowing the puncture to go deeper into the wool. This tool has an attachment for working with appliques and molds. I will elaborate on that feature in a later review and you can see the variety of uses this pen has in action while I create the “Happy Mushroom” Décor in my YouTube video to come.

Needle Felting Refill Heavy Weight (5 piece refill):
These needles are what I use most during my felting projects. I can use them from start to finish of a wool sculpture. These needles are best for creating your desired projects during many multiple felting ventures. I love the peach colored box that closes securely to protect them when they are not in use. The ends of the needles and most of the other needle Clover USA has are colored coded so you can’t mix up what needles you are using. These needles are sturdy and do an excellent job of pulling the wool precisely. They work wonderfully with wool batting and roving. I would recommend them to anyone wanting to get into needle felting work or who has been felting for years if they haven’t tried them yet!
