    Clam Shell Embellishments

    The Clam Shell is about creative embellishments and I had a great time cross stitching, embroidering with Clover’s Kantan beading tool and needle punching designs on one with Clover’s Needle Punch tool. I made two using designer fabrics and turned them into evening clutches with a closure and fancy button.  We have made one with needlepoint and needle felting using our Needle Felting Pen and our needle felting moulds.  With embroidery work whether by hand or using Clover’s Kantan beading tool or the twilling processes you can work holiday related designs…

    Back in my Sewing Room!

    Seems like a long time since I’ve been in my sewing room! I was away May 16-21 in Kansas City MO. for Spring Quilt Market.  Market is always a highlight for me as I love to see what’s happening and see friends I’ve known for years.     Clam Shells..Clam Shells..Clam Shells!

    The Clover crew made it to Kansas City, MO to the INTERNATIONAL QUILT MARKET and had a wonderful time.  You will hear more from Carol regarding the market, what was new and all the other good stuff!! We were very busy as we introduced our newest product…… THE CLAM SHELL …. Which was a big hit but we did take our breaks and quickly walked the isles to see all the beautiful new patterns, fabric and new techniques being used.
