The “Anew” Shawl

Hi everyone, it’s Elisa from @stringsandcuddles! Are you thrilled like I am that it’s finally getting warmer outside? I can now go to the park and playground and play in the yard with my girls because spring is such a lovely time of year. We all gather a sense of “new beginnings” during this time of year, and all I can say is GO FOR IT! The new crochet design I’m sharing with you today was inspired by this. I named this pattern “The Anew Shawl.” The word “anew” indicates that it is happening once more, but in a different way. There’s more to it than the first time. It pertains to various types of renewals and new beginnings, such as nature or life itself. This shawl with a two-row repeat pattern is quite easy to follow. Additionally, you can use any yarn weight and fiber with the appropriate hook size, or go up a size to make it more flowing and airy. For the spring and summer, I use cotton yarn.
