Fabric Poppy Flower Wreath

How to Make a Fabric Poppy Flower Wreath with Clover's Flower Frill Template - Country Peony

Happy August! Elizabeth here with Country Peony. One of the flowers for August is a red poppy, and so I was inspired to create red poppies using Clover’s Flower Frill Template. You know that I love a fabric flower, and Clover’s Flower Frill Template makes it so simple to create charming and whimsical flowers every time. I love how charming and whimsical this cheerful wreath turned out, and now I am thinking of all of the different types of fabric flowers I can make with Clover’s Flower Frill Template.

If you have been here for a while, you may know that I am a big fan of Clover’s products. Please enjoy these recent projects I created using Clover Flower Frill Template: DIY Spring Fabric Floral Garland and DIY 4th of July Flower Frill Wreath.

The beauty in this DIY is that you can use fabric scraps, and you can customize it to any type of fabric or color you want. For this project, I used organza polyester and cotton. I love the texture that the variety of the fabric provides.

For your convenience, I created a step-by-step video to see how I made the flower frills using Clover’s Flower Frill Template. Then continue below to follow the step-by-step images to make your own DIY Fabric Poppy Flower Wreath.
