Flower Pen- Flower Loom Tutorial

Hello everyone! My name is Joey Barnett. My love for crafting started when I was in college as a form to relax. I started with scrapbooking, then a couple of years ago I started making more things like decorating cups, shirts, pens etc. I love being creative and making things that can be given to people. If I can mix crafts and stationery, I am all for it! These flower pens are the perfect way to spice up any average pen. They are a great project for kids, and even a greater gift for their favorite teachers!

Tutorial

Step 1: Do the following step on top of a white piece of paper. Take the Pentel R.S.V.P. Pen. and open the back of the pen, leave the inside in the case and pour in the glitter and fill in the pen. Any glitter spilled on the paper can be put back into the glitter bottle and close the end of the pen and set it aside

Step 2: We will be making the leaves of the flower, we will be using the Flower loom and the 3/8 inch silk satin green ribbon. We start it by following the instruction on the clover flower loom, and only go up to the forth peg, next we go back two pegs backwards and then tie it so that it does not come undone.

Step 3: Next cut a piece of the green ribbon, 4 inch , it will be used to tie the middle of our leaves, first tie as close as possible to the peg

Step 4: Remove the pink circle loom and move the knot to the middle, then remove the ribbon and set it aside

Step 5: At this time you want to warm up your hot glue gun

Step 6: We will be working on the flower next, so we will need the pink ribbon or the color of your choice for the flower. The instructions for the flower are in the clover flower loom instructions.

Step 7: Glue the leaves and the flower together, on the top of the pen add some hot glue and then place the flower on the pen, by placing the pen between the leaf and the flower.

After you glue the pen onto the flower and leaf, you are all complete! These flower looms can quickly elevate your average pen!
