Holiday Yo-Yo Trees
Are you looking for quick, easy, last minute Christmas decor? These holiday yo-yo trees are perfect! They are beginner friendly and take no more than 10 minutes to make. You can use them as tree ornaments, put a few of them together to make a centerpiece, or just scatter them around the house.
Materials:
Quick Yo-Yo Maker Extra Small (Art. No 8702)
Quick Yo-Yo Maker Small (Art. No 8700)
Quick Yo-Yo Maker Large (Art. No 8701)
Quick Yo-Yo Maker Extra Large (Art. No 8703)
Quick Yo-Yo Maker Jumbo (Art. No 8708)
Poly Stuffing
Star button (or embellishment of your choice)
Gold Eye Needles (Art. No 236)

Instructions:
Step 1:
Make 1 extra small yo-yo.
Step 2:
Make 2 small yo-yos (one will be stuffed). To stuff the yo-yo bring gathers together and place a small amount of stuffing into the center of the yo-yo. As you tie off, be sure to stitch through the center of the stuffing to secure it in place.

Step 3:
Follow step 2 as you make 2 large, 2 extra-large and 2 jumbo yo-yos. Remember to lightly stuff one of each size yo-yo.
Step 4:
Using an extra-long needle, string the yo-yos through the centers in the following order starting from the base of the tree; 1 jumbo yo-yo gather side down, 1 stuffed jumbo yo-yo gather side up (all remaining yo-yos will be strung with the gathers up.) 1 extra-large yo-yo, 1 stuffed extra-large yo-yo, 1 large yo-yo, 1 stuffed large yo-yo, 1 small yo-yo, 1 stuffed small yo-yo, and the extra small yo-yo to complete the tree. Go back through to the base of the tree with the needle and thread and tie off to secure all yo-yos in place.
Step 5:
Glue your choice of embellishment to the top of your tree.
