New to Clover: Interchangeable Tunisian Crochet Hooks
What is Tunisian Crochet?
Tunisian Crochet combines the best of both knitting and crochet techniques. The difference between Tunisian and regular crochet is that Tunisian crochet holds multiple loops on the hook (a technique similar to knitting) but yet Tunisian crochet differs from knitting because although the technique is similar there is a hook on the tip instead of a point.
Then there’s a stopper on the opposite end of the hook to make sure stitches don’t fall off. Sometimes when working on large pieces a hook with a cord and a stopper will be needed to ensure loops don’t slip off the hook shaft.
With Tunisian Crochet you can crochet in the round but will either need a double ended Tunisian Crochet Hook or two Tunisian Crochet hooks (one on each end of a cord) for longer projects.
Tunisian Crochet gives you the best of both worlds. But now you will have the best of three worlds because Clover introduces you the the new Interchangeable Tunisian Crochet Hooks!!
