Clover Needlecraft

Simple Bow *crochet pattern*

This simple bow adds the perfect touch of whimsy to your outfit and is so quick to work up. I can just imagine strolling through the park on a quiet afternoon, sipping on my favorite iced beverage from the local coffee shop, and reading my favorite book under the gentle sunlight with this elegant bow in my hair. Now, THAT’S what my ideal solo date would be like!

MATERIALS:

NOTES:

ABBREVIATIONS:

PART 1 OF PATTERN:

Use the 5 mm Bamboo Takumi Hook and color yarn of your choice.

This diagram indicates the two parts of the bow that we will make separately.

Fasten off and cut 18 in. [~46 cm] of a yarn tail.

Hold the two short edges together and whipstitch the edges closed. (Alternatively, you can slst through the both edges).

Leave the remaining yarn tail for assembly.

PART 2 OF PATTERN:

Use the 5 mm Bamboo Takumi Hook and color yarn of your choice.

*Note: Skipping the first st of each row will act as a “decrease”, causing the short edges of the pattern to taper in (like a trapezoid).

Fasten off and leave a short tail. Weave it in.
