Supplies:
- Amour Crochet Hook 10mm- Art. No 1057 /NP
- Mini Patchworks Scissors – Art No. 493/CW
- Darning Needle – Art No. 3160
- 24mm safety eyes
- Poly-fill stuffing
- Bernat baby blanket yarn:
- Baby pink
- Coral blossom
- Buttercup
- Bernat blanket yarn:
- Sand
- Scrap of black (mouth)
- 2 scraps of white (blush)
Abbreviations:
(U.S. crochet terms)
- ch – chain
- sc – single crochet
- MR – magic ring
- dec – crochet two stitches together (decreasing)
- inc – two crochets in one stitch
- (increasing)
- BLO – crochet into the back loops only *– repeat around (unless otherwise noted)
This finished product will measure approximately 13 inches tall and 5 inches wide.
*If you would like to make this pattern with 4 worsted weight yarn, you can use a 4mm hook and 10mm safety eyes. The finished product will measure approximately 6 inches tall and 2 ½ inches wide.*
Body:
Starting in baby pink
1. ch 10
2. starting at the second ch from the hook sc 9 across
3. turn and sc 9 down the other side of your ch (18)
Start working in the round.
4. inc, sc 7, inc, inc, sc 7, inc (22)
5-8. sc around (22) (4 rounds)
Change colors to coral blossom.
9-15. sc around (22) (7 rounds)
Change colors to buttercup.
16-20. sc around (22) (5 rounds)
21. BLO sc, dec, dec, sc 7, dec, dec, sc 6 (18)
Add stuffing, try to keep the bottom of the popsicle as flat as possible, and the popsicle relatively flat to the natural shape of the body.

Fasten off and use a yarn needle to sew through each sc, then pull shut.
- Place eyes between rounds 9 and 10 and 3 stitches apart.
- Embroider blush directly below the eye, approximately one stitch in width, going outwards.
- Embroider the mouth in between and just below the eyes, forming a V shape. Tie your tails in knots together on the inside of the popsicle.
Popsicle Stick:
Sand
1. 6 sc into a MR (6)
2. sc, inc* (9)
3. sc around (9) (5 rounds)
Add stuffing.
Fasten off and leave a tail for sewing and attach to the popsicle body.
